We value our customers and understand that sometimes products may need to be returned. Whether it's due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item delivered, we're here to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Policy

  1. If you received a defective or wrong item, we accept returns within 7 days of the order date. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging.

  2. Please note that items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

  3. For hygiene and safety reasons, face masks and face shields cannot be returned unless they were damaged or defective upon receipt.

  4. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, you may choose to wait or select an alternative product.

  2. If the product you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's of a lower price, no refund will be provided for the difference.

Refund Policy

  1. Once we receive your returned product and after conducting quality checks, we'll process your refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 14-21 working days to process.

Cancellation Policy

  1. No cancellations can be made once the order is paid and confirmed. If you need assistance after payment, please contact us within 24 hours.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, contact number, product to return or exchange, and the reason for return or exchange.

  2. You may need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we sent the wrong or defective items, we will bear all the cost of return shipping and ensure we send the correct items to you.
