Return & Exchange Policy (Strictly No Cash Refunds)

We value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Return Policy (24-Hour Window)

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective or wrong item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused and in the original packaging.
  • Sets: Items purchased as a set must be returned as a whole set.
  • Hygiene: For safety reasons, face masks and face shields are non-returnable.
  • Sale Items: Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. No Cash Refund Policy

Strictly no cash refunds.

We do not offer cash refunds for returns. If an item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a one-to-one exchange. If the item is out of stock, you may select an alternative product of the same value.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Higher Price: If you exchange for an item of higher value, you must top up the difference.
  • Lower Price: If you exchange for an item of lower value, the balance will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations can be made once the order is paid and confirmed.

5. How to Request an Exchange

Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your goods with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the defective/wrong item
  • Reason for return

Shipping Costs:

  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong or defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Other Reasons: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
